This role requires a visionary leader to streamline diverse aspects such as production, quality assurance, food safety, supply chain logistics, and human resources collaboration. With direct oversight of 15 leaders and influence over a team of 300, you will drive strategy and impact at every level.
You'll collaborate directly with the President, embodying an entrepreneurial spirit to overhaul processes and foster continuous advancement in a dynamic setting with frequent manufacturing pivots.
**Core Responsibilities**
- Orchestrate daily operational functions ensuring seamless integration between manufacturing, logistics, and safety protocols.
- Command financial oversight to amplify profitability, including site-specific P&L outcomes.
- Formulate strategic operational plans and spearhead budgetary initiatives aligning with long-term objectives.
- Cultivate leadership across the operational spectrum, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Engage with on-ground operations to diagnose challenges and implement pragmatic solutions.
- Make decisive, informed actions independent of rigid bureaucratic constraints.
- Enhance procurement, production, and workforce allocation for optimum facility efficiency.
- Coordinate with R&D to incubate and advance new product trajectories.
- Promote professional growth through strategic coaching, robust succession framework, and talent enrichment.
**Desired Qualifications**
- Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or relevant discipline; advanced degrees, especially MBA, desirable.
- Extensive leadership background, with at least 15 years in high-level roles within the food production sector.
- Proven ability to transform business operations without extensive support networks.
- Exemplary record of P&L stewardship within a sizeable manufacturing entity.
