Senior Digital Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to lead digital growth initiatives across multiple channels and help connect customers with innovative products and solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute digital growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across paid search, paid and organic social media, industry platforms, and emerging digital channels.
- Drive qualified traffic, engagement, lead generation, and online conversion opportunities.
- Support eCommerce growth through digital promotion, online customer journey optimization, and conversion improvement initiatives.
- Partner with product marketing, sales, engineering, analytics, and agency teams to improve customer acquisition and engagement.
- Identify, test, and scale new digital growth opportunities, platforms, and tools.
- Leverage analytics and insights to optimize performance and improve ROI.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, digital growth, or eCommerce.
- Strong understanding of B2B digital customer journeys and online buyer behavior.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads and paid search
- SEO/SEM tools (SEMrush or similar)
- Paid and organic social media marketing
- Digital analytics and performance reporting
- eCommerce and digital merchandising initiatives
- Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional and matrixed organizations.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within industrial, manufacturing, electronics, engineering, or distribution-focused industries.
