New Human Resources Manager Search- Low Cost of Living Atlanta - up to$190 K? Our client is a newsupply chain organization that has enjoyed year-over-year growth organic growth. They have a footprint that provide solutions for some of the largest global organizations across multiple industries. They are in the process of adding Human Resources team and have asked us to help identify a hands-on Human Resources Director /Manager to step into a reporting to the CEO/COOThis role will encompass all aspects of HR including, but not limited to development, recruiting & hiring, training, benefits administration, legal compliance, safety, project management and employee advocacy/employee relations. They are committed to hiring the best of the best and have not to disqualify candidates due to compensation. Targeted total compensation package will depend on experience but can range into the upper100K's range (lucrative base + bonus) and will be based in the greater Atlanta. GA area. .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Leads HR support for the HR / supply chain growth
- Leads Human Resource programs within the assigned function, including but not limited to, employee engagement, development, talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, HR compliance, and unemployment.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues via effective and thorough investigation.
- Coordinates recruiting efforts with hiring managers.
- Manages full life cycle HR processes.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline HR processes and helps to drive efficiencies.
