About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in the Delphix to lead initiatives around data virtualization and automation. This role will focus on integrating Delphix into CI/CD pipelines, optimizing test data management, and ensuring compliance with security standards. You will collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver agile, secure, and efficient data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain Delphix environments for data virtualization, masking, and provisioning.
- Automate data refreshes and environment setups using Delphix APIs and CLI tools.
- Integrate Delphix workflows into CI/CD pipelines for faster and secure data delivery.
- Partner with application teams to understand data requirements and optimize test data management strategies.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Delphix environments to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement best practices for data masking to meet compliance and security standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
- Advanced expertise in Delphix Data Platform (virtualization, masking, automation).
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Shell, PowerShell).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Solid understanding of database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with API integration and automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of data compliance regulations (GDPR, HIPAA).
- Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
