Temporary Resource - Business Analytical & Project Management Support

Location: Remote (U.S.)
Employment Type: 6-Month W2 Contract (No C2C, 1099 or sponsorship available)

About the Job

We're looking for a highly organized and analytical temporary team member to support key operational initiatives. In this role, you'll help drive workforce capacity planning, resource allocation, performance analysis, and process improvement efforts. You'll work cross-functionally and use tools like Monday.com to manage projects and deliver insights that improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Use project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) to support planning, execution, and tracking of operational projects.
  • Develop and maintain workforce capacity and staffing models to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Assist in budget management and resource planning, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics; deliver regular reports to leadership.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate project deliverables, manage issue tracking, and support incident resolution.
  • Document workflows and support process mapping and improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments to ensure transparency and alignment.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Prior experience in health plan operations is required.
  • Hands-on experience with project management platforms; Monday.com proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Experience in workforce planning, staffing models, or resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with budget tracking and financial oversight.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and dashboard creation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to document processes and contribute to risk and control frameworks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable, reliable, and proactive in problem-solving.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a healthcare or managed care environment.
  • Exposure to operational excellence or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
