Position Overview
Manage the Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) process for new product development. Provide support for issue resolution, change control, and build activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead issue reviews
and ensure timely, robust closures.
- Oversee Change
Control and coordinate QIT/PLIT processes.
- Administer RCCA
and SharePoint tracking, including scheduling and reporting.
- Support
development builds and design reviews (DFMEA, PDP, CI).
- Facilitate
meetings and generate progress reports.
Required Skills
- Strong
problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with
RCCA, Change Control, and issue tracking systems (e.g., SharePoint).
- Knowledge of
product development processes and risk analysis (DFMEA).
- Excellent
communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS
Office and reporting tools.
