Job Summary
A growing food company is currently searching for a Plant Project Engineer with food manufacturing experience to oversee various projects within the food processing plants
In return, the company offers a good starting salary, excellent benefits and relocation if needed
Salary range for this position is $100-140k plus 25% bonus. Medical, Dental and Vision offered to qualified candidates
This is a REMOTE position with 60% travel, but you must be within 2 hours of a plants in Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, South Carolina or West Virginia or willing to relocate near one of the plants.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Structural or Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required
-3-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in a food manufacturing plant required.
-MUST have experience with fully cooked USDA meat
-Above average AutoCAD skills
-Proficient with Microsoft Office
-Very good project management skills
-Very good analytical skills.
-Demonstrated ability to effectively work with others to identify and capitalize on opportunities that result in successful implementation of changes for the benefit of the business
